Good morning and Happy Friday!  This week we’re highlighting two ways we’ve been working hard to get you custom cut and created parts faster.

First, we’ve been running our old and new water jets simultaneously in order to cut twice as many orders in the same time frame, thus increasing productivity and decreasing turn-around time on water jet orders significantly.  Below is a picture of our new water jet in action.

Second, we’re printing multiple parts at a time with our 3D printer.  Instead of printing them individually, we can program an multiple parts of order to print continuously, decreasing the down time and set ups between parts.
