This weeks coolest cut is a 3D printed jig designed to hold tiny rubber stoppers.  While that may fulfill a neat organizational need.. (“Hooray!.. No messy drawers full of rubber stoppers!”), they’re actually designed to hold the stoppers in place for cutting on the water jet.  Many times our customers have a part that needs modification such as by changing the shape or cutting a hole in it. We can do that! In this case, we will be cutting a tiny center hole in each tiny stopper. In order to ensure the hole placement is correct we have printed the 3D printed jig to hold them in place while being cut on the water jet.
