This weeks blog is a quick overview of how to turn your design concepts into a real cool cut!

We have been getting fantastic web-inquiries recently from our comments, email, and the request a quote form. Keep them coming!  We respond to the emails and request a quote form within 24 hours by email, blog comments may take a little longer.  Be sure to include important details about dimensions and material if you already know this.  If you have not planned that far ahead no worries- we can help with this part!  **Pro tip: be sure to check your spam or junk folder.. we hear the first email you receive from us sometimes lands in there.

OK so we checked in.. now what? We need a .dxf or .dwg file of your design in order to give you an accurate quote and also to cut it out.  If you have a .dxf or .dwg, that’s great! If not, we can create one for you with a sketch or picture of your design.  **Pro tip: We frequently help with this step, so if you need assistance please let us know!

Next we send you the quote for approval and put it on our order sheet. Depending on your time frame and material availability, we can have the creation cut within a few days.  You can pick it up or we can ship it to you!   **Optional step: send us a follow up picture of your creation in its natural environment (we love these, thank you!).
